Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 14:00
Check-Out: 10:00
Late Check-out Hour: 16:00
Late Check-out Fees: 50%
Late check-out (after 10:00 and before 16:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, will be charged 10% of the total amount of the booked accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis.
- If cancelled or modified between 30-14 days before date of arrival, will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booked accommodation on Bed & Breakfast basis
- Cancellation (or modification) received less than 14 days prior to arrival, early departure or NO-show, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the booked accommodationon Bed & Breakfast basis.
- Failure to provide the pre-authorization/payment of the balance will incur in the cancellation of the reservation.
Terms and Conditions
All rates are inclusive of 15% of VAT.
The newly introduced “Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy” is NOT incorporated in our establishments’ prices/ rates and NOT included in the total amount of the reservation.
If you would like to proceed with the reservation, kindly note that a 10% deposit will be charged* to guarantee the reservation, a pre-authorization** of the balance will be applied latest 14 days before arrival.
The pre-authorization will be finalized upon arrival at the hotel with physically the chip of the provided credit card.
Kindly be reminded that the pre-authorization is not a transaction, and must be finalized upon arrival at the hotel with physically the chip of the provided credit card. In case the same card will not be present upon check-in, another payment method will be required.
The new Levy Tax will be collected upon arrival/departure directly at the front desk in cash Seychelles Rupees.
Rooms are ready for occupation from 14:00 hrs, check-out on the departure day is at 10:00 AM.
Extra person from 4 years old and above 50 Euro/night. (max 1extra pax per each room). An extra bed will be provided for the third pax sharing.
Children 0-3 stay free of charge in baby cot.
The extra person cannot be added in the rooms with max occupancy 2 pax, regardless to the age of the additional person.
The maximum occupancy of the room cannot be overridden.
Damage Deposit & Incidentals Guarantee- Upon check-in CREDITCARD(Visa/Mastercard) details will be requested in order to guarantee the extras and any incidentals, room damages.- In alternative, the hotel will pre-authorize 500 Euro as a guarantee. The settlement of the extras will be requested each time the sum is reached, while the pre-authorization will be voided upon check-out.
SCAM & FRAUD PREVENTION
*The same credit card used to guarantee the booking must be present upon check-in in order to verify the cardholder

THIRD PARTY CREDIT CARD ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
For security reasons THE SAME CREDIT CARD USED TO GUARANTEE THE BOOKINGMUST BE PRESENT UPON CHECK-IN in order to finalize the pre-authorization and/or verify the cardholder.
In case guest is unable to provide the same credit card, another valid payment method will be requested.
Guests subjected to Force Majeure will be able to postpone the trip during 12 months.
There are no automatic refunds on bookings affected by flight cancellation/modification, if unable to travel for any reason or for Covid restrictions: you will need to make sure you have fully comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance in place that includes cover for cancellations for any reason & Covid induced cancellations.
In accordance with local health authorities, our restaurants, bars, SPA, facility services and opening hours may also be modified.
