Property and Cancelation Policies :
FREE 48 hour cancellation period. (Before 3pm two days prior to arrival). Please note that for group reservations (8 people or more) different terms apply. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. We charge all credit cards 48 hours prior to arrival, should a credit card fail this test, your booking is no longer secure and is subject to cancellation.
Terms and Conditions
Photo ID is required at check-in; we cannot check you in without it. Photo ID must be a valid and state date of birth.(Driving License, Passport, Age Card, National ID Card)
The Credit card provided must match the name and details of the booking and is required to be presented on arrival
Prepayment may be required up to 1 month prior to arrival for groups of 8 persons or more.
For group reservations of 3 pax or more, we may require a refundable security deposit (of a sum equivalent to €25 per person) on arrival. This can be paid as a lump cash sum, or a pre-authorisation on a credit card.
Please be advised for Apartment Bookings a refundable Security Deposit of €200 is required.
Please note that The Dawson Hostel Galway is an alcohol-free zone.
All persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult, and must be booked into private accommodation i.e. not sharing with other people.
We have a maximum stay policy in place of 7 nights.
