- For entry, it is required to present a valid and current ID; with minors, please indicate the relationship.
- Check-in at 3 pm and check-out at 11 am.
- Free parking in the facilities without a roof, if you require one, please indicate.
- All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults who will occupy the room and a valid credit card to guarantee arrival.
- The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the advance deposit.
- Our room rates are always great and subject to change.
- Standard Rate: free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the day of entry. If you cancel within this period, up to 50% of the total reservation may be refunded.
- Grace period: If you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation, you can cancel for free. As long as this period is equal to or greater than 7 days prior to the day of admission.
- Santurio lodging is not responsible for any inconvenience that may be generated in the surroundings, whether due to natural or human effects. Such as: riots, music at late hours, strong winds, etc.
- We ensure and respect your security and privacy. Therefore, we ask that you take care of your belongings, by correctly closing the entrance doors of the rooms and exits. Additionally, we are not responsible for losses or theft that may occur on the property, so please take appropriate precautions.
- We do not operate as a hotel, so if you use the common spaces or areas, it is requested that you leave them correctly and with the implements used properly washed.
- Discrimination of any kind is forbidden.
- During high season, the pool will be mainly undergoing maintenance due to winds. As this is an additional service, it will not be valid for refund or cancellation reasons if it is not available.
