Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation policy:
1 - If you cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in time (3:00 PM), the establishment will not charge any cancellation fee.2 - If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, the establishment will charge 100% of the first night.
3 - In the case of a "No show", the establishment will charge 100% of the first night; and cancel the rest of the reserved nights.
4 - In the case of an early departure or cancellation of existing nights booked, once the check-in is already complete, the establishment will charge the total cost of all nights stayed and the current night.
5 - In case of reservations made on the same day, once the check-in is done and then you decide to leave the establishment will charge 100% of the current night.
6 - Deposits and pre-payments made to confirm the reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7 - Any changes to dates that cause a change in deposits, pre-payments or payments made through third-party websites such as Booking.com and Hostelworld.com must be managed directly with the same page.
8 - If you would like to make a change or cancellation of a reservation made through Booking.com or Hostelworld.com. You must contact directly with them.
9 - We do not assume responsibility for incidents that may occur before/during your trip if you want to change your stay dates or a refund.

Terms & Conditions:
1.Check in from 3:00PM / Check out before 12:00PM (MUST remove all your belongings and check out at front desk)
2.The payment must be before 12:00PM
3.The guest needs to show an original and valid passport or valid ID (Comunidad Andina de Naciones).
4. All guest must be over 18 years old
5.For Peruvian customers (and foreign customers who have been in the country for more than 59 days), please note that the above prices DO NOT include an IGV tax of 18%
6.Long-term guests must pay weekly or when your account reaches S/.500
7. Do not change bed without request it first to the front desk before 12:00pm. Otherwise, you will be charge for 2 beds.
8.After the check-in, the cancellation penalty is 100% of the reservation, any previous payment is not refundable.
9.Wristbands must be worn at all times when entering the hostel and claiming credit at the bar.
10.We are fully licensed premises. All alcohol consumed on the premises must be brought from us. Alcohol from outside is in breach of our license and will be confiscated and disposed of.
11.Possession, use or distribution/sale of illegal substances (cocaine, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any individual found to be in possession of any illegal substance will be removed immediately from the hostel and will be reported to the police.
12.The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hostel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
13.Do not remove or damage (urinating, vomiting, burning etc.) duvets, sheets or pillows from the dorms or you will be charged up to 100% of the price of the item.
14.Lockers are provided in the dormitory rooms, high value belongings can be stored in the safe at the reception. The hostel will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
15.Unreported visitors in the room have to pay for the whole stay. It is the responsibility of the owner of the booking of the room.
16.The guest can store luggage in the storage, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Remember that it is PROHIBITED to store portable camping stoves, gas, fuel etc, or any other flammable item. Keep in mind that you are not allowed to bring them with you to your room neither. This is a safety precaution that you need to follow strictly.
17.By booking with us, you confirm that you read, understood and agree with all the hostel rules. That you are aware that the hotel management reserves the right to refuse service or may remove a person without refund if the guest refuses to abide the house rules or disturb the peace of other guests or members of the staff.
