Reservations canceled 10 days or more prior to the date of check-in we do not make any further charge , but retain the one night reservation deposit. Nine days prior your arrival your credit card will be charged the total amount of your stay. Cancellation made with seven (9) days prior to check-in incur a 100% cancellation fee; that is to say that we retain the payment as a penalty. In the case of no shows for reservations made for a specific date, we retains the payment as a penalty.
