For a truly extraordinary experience, join our Animal Care staff for a Behind the Scenes encounter - a heartwarming opportunity to meet some of the wildlife in our care. These animals are either part of a concerted global effort to save them from extinction or rescues that needed a forever home.

Property and Cancelation Policies :

Full payment is required to secure the reservation. All prices are in Canadian funds. Date changes or cancellations must be received:

7 days before the scheduled arrival date: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday bookings.
14 days before the scheduled arrival date: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday bookings.
30 days before the scheduled arrival date: Christmas, New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day bookings.

A full refund will be issued, minus a $100.00 administration fee or a Gift Certificate is available for the full value of the stay, which can be redeemed on another date. This is transferable to family and friends. Short-notice cancellations, beyond these periods, are not applicable for a refund.

Terms and Conditions

Prices are per night, based on double occupancy. Children under three years of age are free. There is a $45.00 fee for each additional person. Sorry, smoking and pets are prohibited. A boarding service is available onsite for dogs.

As part of the rental agreement, you the rentor accept liability for any loss, damage or extra costs associated with your rental. Upon making a reservation and your deposit/full payment is completed and booking confirmed, you agree to allow Jungle Cat World to charge your credit card for any such loss, damage or cost, with or without notice if it does occur. This includes any expenses for specialist cleaning and loss of revenue during the period in which the room is unavailable.

Upon making a reservation you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, an agreement that is a legal contract with Jungle Cat World Inc. Failure to comply with the terms set in place may include leaving Jungle Cat World before the scheduled checkout.

This agreement of liability extends to the wildlife park and includes, but is not limited to, actions or behaviours that compromises the health and welfare of the animals, the safety of the staff and public, and the structural integrity of the infrastructure. Please be respectful.

We encourage you to have a wonderful stay but cordially request that you respect the animals, staff and property at all times. This includes not littering, not damaging enclosures, not feeding the animals anything that hasn’t been approved by staff or entering staff only areas.
Jungle Cat World reserves the right to remove anyone who fails to abide by the above agreement without reimbursement
