CANCELATION POLICY
In case of cancellation, Maison Bukana must receivea written notice of cancellation from the booker. Deposits cannot be refunded, canceledbookings or reduced in number are charged as indicated below:
No refund will be given to no-shows or days not usedresulting from early checkout. In case of late arrival, Maison Bukana would behappy to extend a stay provided that there are rooms available, however, we willnot be held accountable for any flight delays or cancellations. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, orroom type on your reservation are subject to Maison Bukana’s availability atthe time the change is requested and may result in a rate change. To avoiddisappointment, we recommend purchasing adequate travel insurance prior toconfirming your reservation and accepting the terms and conditions of MaisonBukana’s cancellation.
A one-time rebooking is allowed freeof charge if made 30 days prior to stay dates. This reservation istransferrable as long as authorized by the primary guests through a letter ofauthority.

- 14days before arrival or less: 100% of the total booking

Terms and Conditions
CHILD POLICY
- Kids 7 years old and below are free of charge. § Per family, one child between the ages of 0 to 7 years old is free of charge.
- Any additional children in this age bracket will be charged 50% of our extra person rate at PHP1,750/night.
- Each child from age 8 and above will be charged an adult rate of PHP3,500/night.
Full payment is required upon confirmation of your reservation, payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit card through a payment link

Incase of acts of God, fortuitous events, or any conditions beyond our control,Maison Bukana shall not be held responsible for failure to deliver services,nor be obligated to provide additional services. Delays and/or cancellations offlights and/or boat transfers resulting from or related to weather disturbancesor as mandated by Government authorities are beyond the control of MaisonBukana. Maison Bukana will not be responsible for unused rooms or missedflights and no refund will be given on account of these events.
