Pet Friendly
Lincoln Park Flats is a dog-friendly property. We welcome a single well-socialized, well-trained dog per reservation. Please notify the property manager prior to bringing your pet so we can have the room ready for your four-legged guest. A pet fee of $50 per stay will be applied to your bill. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture (couches, beds, chairs, etc.) and cannot be left unsupervised out of a crate in guest rooms for any amount of time. If your dog is not used to being crated and may become agitated and bark, which disrupts other guests and residents, it will result in a $250 fine. In all public and common areas, dogs must be leashed/under full control of their handler. Any property damage caused by pets will be assessed and may be charged at the discretion of management.

Parking for Hotel Guests
Parking is available in the designated lot across Superior Street from the Lincoln Park Boutique Hotel. Once parked in the Guest Parking lot you can access the hotel across Superior Street at the entrance on the corner of Superior Street & 21st Avenue West. There is also metered parking throughout the neighborhood, which is not monitored on the weekends. Please double check the meters for enforced parking times.  Parking in assigned tenant parking is no allowed, and may result in being towed.

Smoking / Parties
Due to the community who live full-time in the building, and our commitment to providing all of our guests with an unspoiled environment, Lincoln Park Flats/Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property and smoking/vaping anywhere within Lincoln Park Flats is strictly prohibited. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found in the rental unit, an additional $250 fee will be charged on the bill.

When booking directly with LPBH, in full is required; this payment is refundable up to seven days prior to your arrival date. After seven days before arrival, the payment is no longer refundable.
