that exudes tranquility and relaxation. Nestled in a prime location opposite
Old Pier Beach in Bridport, Antalya invites you to indulge in the tranquility
within its walls, offering a perfect blend of coastal serenity and modern
comfort.
Our dream
has always been to share the beauty of Antalya with others, where the morning
sun delicately filters through the curtains, and you can smell the refreshing ocean breeze. Ideally located just across from Old Pier Beach in
Bridport, a minutes' walk to the beach. Antalya is perfectly positioned for an idyllic beach holiday or for
golf enthusiasts visiting the nearby Barnbougle complex, home to three
extraordinary courses – The Dunes, the Lost Farm, and Bougle Run.
Antalya
accommodates up to 8 guests in four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. Two
spacious queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite, provide comfort and luxury. The
third bedroom features a single/double bunk, while the fourth bedroom offers a
single bunk – making it an ideal retreat for couples, friends or family getaways.
Step into
our newly renovated bathroom, where though compact, you'll be greeted by a
stunning rain shower head and hand shower. Pamper yourself with al.ive body
products, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Plush towels and beach
towels are also provided for your convenience.
The fully
equipped kitchen ensures a seamless stay, complete with a fridge, kettle,
coffee machine, tea pot, electric oven, stove top, and dishwasher. As a gesture
of hospitality, we supply complimentary pantry essentials like olive
oil, salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee pods. For additional
provisions, a short 10-minute walk takes you to two locally owned IGA supermarkets, open
daily until 6.30pm and 7pm.
The kitchen area lets you enjoy casual dining at the gorgeous stone top kitchen bench or opt for a more formal
setting at the dining table. A discreet yet fully functional cupboard-style
laundry in the kitchen is equipped with AEG washer, dryer and detergent is provided for your convenience.
The living
room creates the perfect space to unwind by the fire, read a book or simply catch up on your favorite Netflix shows. With a comfortable sofa, ottoman, and an additional armchair this will be the perfect spot to watch the world go by or gaze at the glimpse of the twinkling ocean. Dine al fresco on the open timber deck at the front, or retreat
to the rear where an inviting entertaining area awaits. An umbrella-type roof,
suspended by stainless steel wires from a salvaged pier pylon, shelters the gas
barbecue and outdoor bar fridge, completing the picture of outdoor bliss.

House Policy
We want you to have a great time when you are at Antalya Beach House, however if there is property damaged or there are missing items the guest will be charged back to the credit card at market value.
We do ask that there is no food in the bedrooms please. [Strictly No Parties].
Kitchen Policy
Please practice safe cooking habits do not leave cooktop on unattended.
If you use the outdoor barbeque, please clean after cooking.
Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleans will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $150.
Smoking Policy
Breathe easy Antalya Beach House is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs),e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the house or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result $150 cleaning fee.
Extending your stay
After you have booked your stay with us, you can extend your stay (depending on availability) by simply letting us know before you arrive.
If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know at least 24 hours before your check- out date. We will do our best to accommodate your new plans.
The Standard Booking price includes the following:
- Utilities(water, gas and electricity)
- Internet
- Towels, bed linen and hair dryer
- Cleaning before and after your stay.
- Some basic pantry items.
- Bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash).
Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by 100% of the full rental amount. Full payment due within 14 days prior to arrival and 0% refund after 14 days.
This can be paid using debit and credit cards. We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving your request.
