Terms and Conditions
1.Welcome to CASA YAAKUN. Check-in for new guests must be in the afternoon from 3pm(15h), whereas check-out at the end of your stay must be no later than 11am(11h). We kindly ask you to respect these time frames to allow for thoroughcleaning.
2. Inorder to preserve calm inside our property and a peaceful stay for our guests,you are asked to keep noise to a minimum, especially at night. Consequently,any type of partying is forbidden, either inside the apartments, at the poolarea, or anywhere outdoors.
3.Smoking is ONLY permitted:- duringthe daytime, around the common area of the pool and in the outdoor space sharedby the apartments located on the upper floors in both buildings;- atnight-time, exclusively in the aforementioned shared outdoor spaces on theupper floors.Wekindly ask that you use the ashtrays provided and ensure your cigarettes arecompletely extinguished.It is STRICTLYforbidden to smoke or to light candles, incense burners or similar items insidethe apartments.
4. Ifguests are involved in a violent quarrel or dispute, they will receive a singlewarning. Should they ignore that warning and continue to disturb the calm andtranquillity at CASA YAAKUN, then we reserve the right to call the policeand/or immediately evict those behaving disrespectfully or violently towardsothers. Evicted guests will be denied access to CASA YAAKUN and will not beentitled to reimbursement for any remaining nights of their booking.
5. Ourguests are not allowed to enter the private service areas of CASA YAAKUN suchas the office, the staff toilet, the cleaning and laundry room, the machineroom, or the pool storeroom.
6. Theapartments and swimming pool are exclusively for our guests' use and enjoyment.Any third persons will not be granted access to CASA YAAKUN.
7. Ourguests may enjoy use of the swimming pool from 7.30am to 7.30pm (7h30-19h30).
8. Toavoid chemicals, such as from sunscreen lotions or mosquito sprays which wouldcontaminate the water, bathers must always take a shower before entering thepool.
9.Towels provided by CASA YAAKUN are for use in the communal pool or in theprivate ones in the four apartments on the ground floor. Our towels are of highquality, made in organic cotton with a unique design. Please do use them overthe hammock’s outdoor mattress (to protect it) and do not take them to thebeach or elsewhere.
10.Children, infants, minors and even adults who do not know how to swim shouldnot use the pool unsupervised. Children under the age of 14 years MUSTbe supervised by an adult when using the pool.Guestswill be held SOLELY responsible if an accident occurs.
11. Ifyou drink or eat in the pool area or outside, please pick up everything whenyou are finished and place unwanted items in the waste bin or trash container.
12. CASAYAAKUN allows guests to stay with cats or dogs, provided they follow theserules:- petsshould have their own pet bed and they should not be allowed to mount theapartments' beds, sofas or other furniture.- petsshould not be permitted to enter the communal pool (nor the private pools ofthe apartments on the lower floor).It istotally forbidden to leave cats or dogs alone, either inside the apartments oroutside.
13. Wemaintain a complete inventory of furniture and objects in each apartment. Weinform you that any damaged, lost or missing object shall be charged to theguest at double its purchase or replacement price.
14.If a guest loses their access card or key, CASA YAAKUN will charge them thereplacement cost.
