This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:
Check-In: 13:00
Check-Out: 11:00
Late Check-out Hour: 18:00
Late Check-out Fees: Rp500,000.00
Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 18:00) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Before arrival
Your 50% deposit is non refundable but transferable* within 1 year of your stay date. *Subject to availability & any price changes.
After arrival
A 1 night cancellation fee will be charged if you wish to cancel any accommodation nights after arrival

Please pay your final bill with local currency IDR, Mastercard or Visa card ( a 2.5% bank fee applies), or bank transfer
What you can do to be a "Responsible Eco"guest
Please bring with you:
- A refillable drink bottle - Free mountain water refill available (No plastic bottled water available)
- Your love of nature (including non harmful insects such as: moths, harmless spiders, ants or frogs)
- No Hairdryers above 400 watts (there is a low watt hair dryer in your room, except the Cosy view Bungalow)
- Biodegradable nappies (if possible)
- No sunscreen can be used in our all natural swimming pool
We cater for special diets including: Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten free & Raw food, please advise use of your dietary preferences at the time of booking.
Disability Access
Our property is not suitable for wheelchair access. There are steps on our property.
Traveling with minors
We accept all age groups at the lodge, young children must be supervised especially at our swimming pool & river pools
Parking
Free parking is available on site - please check for availability
Force Majeure (an extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of both parties) such as: Airline strike, Earthquake, Pandemic, Flood, Drought or Volcanic eruption
Sorry we are not able to refund your deposit, your deposit is *transferable within 1 year of the booked date. * Subject to availability & any price changes
Damage to items on our property
Guests are required to cover the replacement cost of items damaged on our property valued over $50
Pets on our Property
Dogs are able to stay at the lodge. Please we ask dogs do not sleep on the furnishes or beds Cleaning fee Rp100.000 applies for items that need washing.

Sarinbuana Eco Lodge will not be held responsible for any expenses that occur by :accident or injury during your stay at the lodge.
Including: transfers to & from the lodge and any activities arranged by Sarinbuana Eco Lodge.
