Our boutique hotel group offers twelve upscale and individually designed multi room suites and cottages in the shadow of the stunning Sangre De Cristo Mountain Range. Each space decorated with a luxurious eye for detail and many original works of art.

To fully enjoy your peaceful getaway, choose your preferred home space amenities, such as, kitchen, washer & dryer, dog friendly, fire place, private patio, decks, and grills. Each space offers walkability to town locations and events.

For longer term and extended stays, our individually formatted home spaces offer all the essential basics you could need for comfort at an affordable and competitive price. With all utilities and furnishing included, our properties are often times more affordable than a regular unfurnished rental.

Sit under the dark skies and lush aspens at our quiet Ravens’ Off Main location, or be in the middle of the action during events and weekends at one of the Main Street locations. We welcome guests who are looking for a restful stay as well as being able to enjoy all the valley offers…. hiking, biking, horse and ranch experiences, four wheel drive adventures and only an hour or so away from Monarch downhill ski and cross country areas. As well as within an hour or less enjoy world-class fishing on the Arkansas river, white water rafting, the town of Salida, antiquing in Florence, and the many tourist attractions along the Royal Gorge Highway.

We ask that guests respect “quiet hours between the hours of 10pm & 7am, keeping noise and volumes to a level which allow all a good nights rest.  We ask that guests arrive by 9pm in case there is any confusions finding us or with self checkin. Our rates vary from $60 to $179 per night, from the smallest space to the largest, based on low season to high season. Please keep in mind, as we do not offer daily maid service, that we format our rates to include a one time cleaning fee per stay to keep the average nightly rates lower the longer you stay. Price as shown will be before cleaning fee, pet fee if applicable, and taxes.

Week and month long stays will automatically calculate generous discounts. For winter stays of a month or longer, please call for the best rates.

Due to the fact that we a small boutique hotel group and last minute cancellations are difficult for us to rebook, we hold to the following cancellation policy.

Full refund up to 8 days out from reservation

ZERO refund 7 days or less out from reservation.

Reservations of 6 weeks or longer cancelling within 2 weeks of arrival will be forfeit 14 days of space rate plus tax.

Terms and Conditions


Please understand we are not 420 (or any drug friendly) at all. We also ask that any loud or belligerent drunken behavior stay off this property and away from our home. This is a quiet property where we/others also live, one which is welcoming to those who enjoy a glass wine with dinner, as well as those who live a sober lifestyle.  We ask that if you choose to come and stay with us you accept these requests, and respect quiet hours 10pm-7am for all guests to enjoy a good night sleep.  We invite you to enjoy our beautiful town, the grill, the fire pit, the quiet beautiful night skies and all the hiking, biking, horseback riding, lake, and local tourist activities you can handle.

Guests blatantly ignoring previous request, and engaging in loud “partying’ and/or disruptive behavior, will be asked to leave and reservation remainder will be canceled

As we do not provide daily maid service, prices listed are a per night rate.  A one time per stay cleaning fee, and one time pet fee if applicable will be charged per booking.  This helps to make the nightly rate of longer stays a lower per night average for our guests. Our system only allows one cleaning amount for all spaces so the nightly rate for the small nook space has been made very low to account for cleaning to be fair for single night stays, and additional nights become a real bargain! 

The private assigned parking at the Westside location can be too snug for oversized vehicles, which would need to use street parking. 

We ask guests to arrive by 9pm to avoid disturbing others, please communicate possible delays to owner/manager.  

Please address questions or concerns before 8 pm after which our phone will not be monitored.

Guests are responsible for any and all damages caused during their stay.  If upon check-in, a guest feels there is some thing they could be held responsible for after check out, please take a photo and text it to the owner, along with a notation of which space it is located in, just to be sure that it truly was “like that when we got here“.   We are reasonable people, just talking major damage here, rest assured if the red Kool-Aid stain was on the couch or a dog had eaten the door trim before you got there, we would most likely have noticed and addressed it… But you never know, so a picture really does say 1000 words. 

Please be advised we are located in a high alpine/mountain area, we will make all efforts in the clearing of debris, hazards, and ice/snow, but in staying with us guests acknowledge the understanding, and accept responsibility in coming to an area where extreme weather, roaming animals, and some conditions out of our control will occasionally be present.  More plainly…. Melting snow can refreeze into slick ice, that beautiful buck with his harem  does not in fact want to take a picture with you and can become aggressive if encroached upon, and Westcliffe windstorms/weather can be intense and sudden….etc.

We have 7 dog friendly spaces. Guests traveling with their pet MUST advise us and agree to be charged $55 for up to two dogs per stay.  Please do not try to sneak pets in thinking we can’t tell as that creates an uncomfortable situation for us all. Pet fee will be charged separately from the room booking charge. We leave a basket of old towels and sheets to help cover furnishings to protect against hair, dirt and mud… please help us keep our pet cleaning fees low by using these

Service animals which are individually trained to perform tasks for those with disabilities are allowed in ALL spaces and by law are not required to pay a pet fee.  In consideration of those with allergies and the extra cleaning required, we kindly ask guests to make an effort to book one of our dog friendly designed spaces first if available/possible and let us know so we can account for extra cleaning time. We are legally permitted to ask : 1. Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability 2. What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform.  

Emotional support animals are NOT considered service animals under the ADA or Colorado law. So we welcome them in any of our 7 dog friendly spaces only, pet cleaning fees DO apply for emotional support animals.

Although we do love our furry guests, we do ask that no animals be left alone in an accommodation alone to avoid damage, and whining/barking due to scared pets in an unfamiliar space.  If you feel you have you have a situation meriting a different consideration, please just reach out to the owner/manager.
