Terms and Conditions
- When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions.
- The rate includes daily breakfast for 2 person and 4 persons for Family Bungalows. Breakfast cannot be taken out of the restaurant.
- Full payment is required to be paid on the check-in date or before arrival, if not paid the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to your room until payment has been paid or reserve the right to take full payment charge without notice.
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is a legal requirement at check-in, if not presented we reserve the right to refuse entry into the Hotel.
- Once checked-in rooms are non-refundable in any cases including early departure with any reasons.
- Room rates exclude Admission Fee of Koh Lanta Nation Marine Park.
- The hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you during staying in the Hotel.
- Guests will accept full responsibility for for any damages, breakages or loss caused on to/on the premises during your stay.
- Lost keys are charged at 500THB unless the lock needs to be replaced which will be charged at 1,000 THB and will be charged to the room at check-out.
- The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Extra Person Policy:
- Children Age between 3 - 10 years of age without an extra bed will be charge 350 THB per night for breakfast.
- Extra Beds are available for an extra person at a rate of 1,000 THB per night including breakfast. We allow only 1 extra bed per room.
- Baby cot available at a rate of 300 THB per night.
- Due to limited extra beds, guests must inform the hotel of extra bed requests during the reservation process or before arrival date. The hotel has the right to reject check-in with full payment charge without notice. Extra beds are subject to availability.

Christmas Eve Compulsory gala dinner is charged at 2,000 THB per person for adults
New Year Eve Compulsory gala dinner is charged at 2,500 THB per person for adults
and 1,000 THB per person for children (Age between 4-10 years old)
