Terms and Conditions
The Standard check-in time is 16:00 & Check-out time is 11 am. Our cabins are all telephone and television free. We do have complimentary Wi-Fi available at a maximum speed of 2 MBPS.
Our general cancellation policy for One Bedroom or Suite Cabin is 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made any time after reservation & before 7 days of arrival are subject to a $25 admin fee. Moreover, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Two- and Three-Bedroom Cabins are subject to their own 30-day cancellation policy. Cancelling anytime after a reservation is made & before 30 days of arrival, is subject to a $100 admin fee. Moreover, cancellations made within the 30 days of arrival date, are strictly non-refundable.
In order to serve our valued guests by confirmed arrival, we will be taking at least a one-night room charge deposit for single/studio cabins & full deposit for double or triple suites.
Maximum capacity for guest cabins must be strictly adhered to. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots provided as maximum occupancy is set by adhering to fire & safety regulations.
Pet-friendly cabin suite must be requested in advance to avoid $250 fee for pet charges. Your initial confirmation letter will be stated if the pet-friendly request is approved. Our pet fee is $25/night for up to two pets.
