Es posible anular esta reserva de forma gratuita hasta 14 días antes del check-in. Entre 14 a 7 días tendrá asociada una multa del 50% (equivalente al prepago). A partir de 7 días antes del Check-in no hay reembolso, y se cobrará un 100% de la reserva.
Terms and Conditions
Outscape Fuy rates are set in $CLP. If the client wishes to pay in $USD, the exchange rate conversion will be applied when completing the payment at check-in.
In accordance with national tax legislation, all Chilean citizens and foreigners residing in the country are required to pay an additional 19% VAT.
Cleaning of the Shelters
Stays of 2 to 5 nights - toilet not included.
Stays of 6 or more nights - Due to Covid-19 we do not clean the shelters during stays. However, we will provide a replacement of towels and bed linen.
Pet Friendly Cabins, We accept well-behaved pets in our shelters. We value the care of animals and their surroundings. The cost per pet is $25,000 CLP
A maximum of one pet can accompany you in your cabin (If any damage is done, a penalty will be charged). We only ask that you be considerate of other guests and that your pet's waste be picked up. Under no circumstances can pets be left alone inside the shelter and they should not climb on the sofa or beds. An additional fee may be charged if your pet causes damage to the property or requires more intensive grooming than normal.
La Tinaja is for the exclusive use of the Anticura and Antillanca shelter, the lighting service is not included in the rate.
It has a value of CLP$25,000 per time of use, which includes lighting (at a time to be agreed) and a bag of firewood for maintenance, this must be ordered 24 hours in advance. If you want to use it during the first day of your stay, you must inform 24 hours prior to your arrival. (Consider that sometimes it may take 4-6 hours to reach the required temperature
Shelter Rules
• Smoking is prohibited inside the shelter
• When leaving the shelter, lock the door, close the windows and ensure that the stove, appliances and lights are turned off.
• A maximum number of visitors is allowed per shelter. The maximum number of visits is equivalent to the maximum occupancy of the shelter, e.g. Refuge of 5 people can receive 5 visits (in addition to the 5 guests). It is the responsibility of each guest to open the access gate for their visitors.
• Please respect the rest of other guests after 11:00 p.m.
• Cleaning supplies are complimentary and are not replenished during your stay.
• Pets should not climb on beds or couches and should not be left in the shelter unsupervised.
• Please keep the beach and forest clean (includes picking up pet waste)
