Thank you for choosing to stay with Arrowhead Mountain Lodge. We look forward to welcoming you to the Arrowhead Community and Subdivision. By making this booking, you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below. We highly recommend checking it out if you are unfamiliar with mountain driving.

Price: The price includes the accommodation(s) and complimentary continental breakfast. Breakfast burritos and/or restaurant-made breakfast sandwiches are available by request at check-in or before (they will be delivered to the room by staff before restaurant closes) and are subject to additional charges. We cannot offer breakfast burritos or fresh breakfast sandwiches to after-hours guests unless ordered in advance. Please let us know if you have any food allergies/requirements.  

Booking Confirmation & Deposit: Currently, we do not ask for a deposit, and payment is charged in full to the credit card on the reservation (unless otherwise noted) the day of arrival. All bookings are confirmed by email.  All rates with a Non-Refundable or No-Cancellation policy may be charged as early as the date the reservation was made. If this could present a problem please contact AML as soon as possible at (970) 862-8206 or 970-209-6901.Cancellation of booking: by making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.   Should your travel arrangements change, you should inform us as soon as you are able to allow us to reallocate the room(s). If you need to cancel the booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, should this be acceptable.   Reservations with Normal Cancellation Policy: Normal Cancellations are not typically noted as such on the reservations screen of our website. If the cancellation policy is not clearly noted as "non-refundable" or "No Cancellations" then the normal policy will apply. Reservations canceled within seven days of the check-in date (but not within 24 hours) are charged 50% of the total bill.   Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking will be charged the full amount of their invoiced stay.  Reservations with a Non-Refundable, No Cancellation Rate Policy:  Reservations with this applicable policy will be noted on the website in the name type of the accommodation options as "Non-Refundable" or "No Cancellations." Reservations made with the Non-refundable, No Cancellation rate are not eligible to be canceled without payment and are subjected to have their credit card charged for their stay any time after making the booking, up to the day of arrival. We will allow these types of reservations a one-time transfer to another date (up to 90 days after the original check-in date) and/or another party. Payment Full Payment will be charged to the credit card on the account the day of arrival (if the reservation has not already paid).  If you would like to pay for your booking with an alternative method, please call us at (970) 862-8206, 970-209-6901, or email at relax@arrowheadmountainlodge.com to inform us that you request a change in payment information; please have the updated payment option readily available. Payment for all Non-refundable rates is made to the credit card on the account.  All credit card transactions are secure when made directly on our website, and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply to the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.  
Non-availability of Accommodation We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to find you alternative accommodations. If we were unable to find suitable accommodations our liability would not extend beyond this point. 

Pets: AML is a pet friendly facility. There is a one-time charge of $35/room. Maximum number of pets allowed is 2 per room. Undisclosed pets will result in a $100 fee per pet, per room, per night. We ask that pet owners are respectful of other guests and leave disruptive and/or destructive pets at home. Guests with such pets maybe asked to leave and will forfeit any monies collected/due. Guests are responsible for clean-up of their pet and are to promptly report any accidents or damages to staff. Additional charges may be applied for any damages/additional required cleaning beyond normal wear and tear caused by well trained pets. Minor cleaning/disruption of property will typically be overlooked. 

Acceptance of Children: Children of all ages are welcomed at AML. We do not provide cribs, baby gates, or pack'n'plays, etc. We do have high chairs available in the restaurant.

Arrival: Your accommodation will be available to you from 4:00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing rooms. However, you may drop off your bags, pay for your stay, and collect your room keys at an earlier time. If we happen to have it ready earlier we will happily check you in at that time if we're able.

Late arrival procedure: Our reservation desk closes at 8pm.  For any reservation, not checked-in by 8pm, we will leave an envelope labeled with the last name of the booking with room keys and instructions on where to locate your room as well as pertinent information regarding parking and the complimentary continental breakfast.  If you arrive and you can not find an employee for assistance, please use one of the silver cordless phones located in the lobby and call (970) 209-6901 to reach an after-hours staff member. Room Departure: Please vacate your room by 11:00 am unless otherwise arranged.  If you do not pre-arrange for a late check-out a fee of $75 will be charged to the method of payment on your account.
Smoking: Arrowhead Mountain Lodge is a TOBACCO FREE facility. If there is any evidence of tobacco smoking, there is a penalty fee of $300.00 for damages to the facility. There is a fire alarm system in operation, and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the lodge, you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid and are also subject to the $300.00 penalty fee, this is non-negotiable. We do have designated smoking areas located outside the building; either the porch upstairs or the picnic area to the northwest of the lobby entrance. 
Damages and Breakages: Please take care when staying at AML. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage which you cause to the accommodations, facility or its contents. We ask that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or replacement if the damage or breakage is significant.   There is a charge of $50 for every missing towel, pillow, linens and/or items of a similar nature. Items that have been severely soiled/damaged beyond repair may incur similar fees.

Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act in part by ourselves, our employees, contractors or parties acting on behalf of AML whilst you are on premises or thereafter.

Privacy Policy: Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s) only.  With your permission, we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party or agency.
