Room rates are inclusive of 7% VAT.
Payment and Terms:
- Full payment will be done by the hotel at the check-in counter.
- A security deposit of 1 night's fee is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
- The reservation will be guaranteed until 6 PM (Bangkok time) on the check-in date. If no further instructions have been given by the guest before such time, the reservation will be canceled.
- Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- In case of no-show, a penalty will apply.
Check-in / Check-out Policy:
- Guests are required to show a passport and credit card upon check-in.
- Check-in time is after 2:00 pm.
- Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out is available based on the hotel room's availability.
- Please let us know your estimated arrival time and expected departure time to help us accommodate you better.
