Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Full payment will be automatically deducted 14 days prior to your check-in date.
- You can receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your check-in date.
- Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your check-in date

- For all arrivals outside of check-in hours, please contact our team to arrange self-check-in.
- All guests are required to fill out a guest registration form upon arrival.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.
If you’ve booked a Breakfast Plan, your breakfast reservation will be automatically set for 8:00 AM at the cafe on the first floor. If you prefer to have breakfast at a different time, please kindly let us know via email.
No Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the property on the booked check-in date will be treated as a no-show and the remainder of the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Booking Modifications
Any booking modifications must be requested via email. Any booking modifications requested after check-in are subject to availability and may be applicable to rate variations.
Child Policy
- Children under 6 years old are not permitted at Maana Kiyomizu due to safety considerations related to steep stairs and open railings.
- All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout their stay.
- Please be aware that we do not offer cribs or cots for infants.
- In the event that guests still choose to bring children despite our policy, a liability waiver will be required.
- To respect our neighbours, who live in a residential area, we ask our guests to keep noise levels low, particularly during nighttime. Non-compliance may lead to eviction.
- To maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic of all our homes, a non smoking policy is STRICTLY IMPOSED. A charge of 100 USD will apply for non- compliance.
At Maana Japan, a minimum charge of $100 applies to any damages that affect the property's resale value upon checkout. By checking into Maana Homes, you agree to these charges being applied upon checkout to cover such expenses. We reserve the right to request the departure of guests who display a lack of care, cause damage, or disrupt the peaceful atmosphere, guest experience, and our business reputation during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, smoking indoors, breakages in the room, consumption of drugs/alcohol, property damage, or causing unreasonable disturbance to other guests.
Personal Items
We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property includes any personal effects and motor vehicles.
Transport and Parking
Bicycles and vehicles must not be brought onto the property. All bikes must be stored in the areas designated for bike parking.
Vehicle Parking is available in a parking lot down the street.
