Reservation policy
Your reservation is guaranteeduntil the day of arrival. After this time, it will no longer be guaranteed andthe room may be reallocated. We will charge your credit card within 2 days ofconfirming your reservation.La Villa de Noailles reserves theright to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the prepayment. We will send you a cancellation confirmation by e-mail immediately after thecancellation of your reservation.

• A valid photo ID is requiredupon check-in
• All room reservation requestsmust include the first and last names of all adults occupying the room and avalid credit card for arrival guarantee
• Our room rates may be subject to change as well as the rate for breakfast.
• All rooms are subject to a city taxes collected by the City of SPA
• When booking, keep in mind themaximum occupancy rules. Cribs and cribs are available on request, subjectto availability.
Check-in, check-out andopening hours policy
Registration at the Villa de NoaillesYou can check in at any time from4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time. We ask you to provide us with an approximatetime of arrival imperatively because we are not at the Villa.The balance of the total amountof the room is payable at the latest on arrival at the time of check-in. Please note that check-in cannot be completed until full payment and pre-authorization of the room deposit has been received and approved.Reservations must be prepaid withVisa, MasterCard, American Express or prepaid debit cards. Upon check-in, a charge will be taken from your credit or debit card for the full amount of the room and tax, plus an additional pre-authorization of €200 on a credit card,just to make sure that it is still valid. It is forbidden to take meals in the rooms because they are not designed for this.
Departure from Villa de NoaillesYou can leave from 7:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. (local time).Beyond 11:00 a.m., an additional night (occupancy rate in force) will becharged to you and charged to your credit card.Upon departure, please leave the keys and the badge at thedesk on the ground floor or with the responsible person. Any lost keys or badges will be charged at €100/missing piece.Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room isusually carried out after check-out time and we reserve the right to charge forany damage or breakages found before the room is re-occupied.Please note that towels should be placed in the shower. Bed linen and towels are NOT gifts and must remain in the room. A fine of €100 per missing, damaged or stained part will beclaimed from the customer.
Damage Policy
Immediate termination of therental contract is possible if:
 • More guests are staying in theproperty than expected
 • Excessive noise is made in theevening or at night
 • Sublet the property you haverented (or give it to other people). The number of people residing in the roommust be the same as confirmed when booking. Accommodation for additional peoplecan be requested. A fee of €200 for eachadditional person per night will be charged.We reserve the right to cancelany reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stayovernight in the room.
 • The Villa de Noailles does notallow any pets in the rooms. A fine of €200 will be claimed if pets areaccommodated in the rooms.
 • The rooms are located in aresidential building in downtown Spa. All our guests are asked to respect theproperty and the privacy of neighbors and not to make excessive noise between10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
 • The Villa de Noailles is notresponsible for personal items lost or forgotten on the premises of the Villa. 
Damage
 During your stay, the room, allfittings and furnishings should be treated with care and kept in order.Immediate notification to Villa de Noailles staff will be expected of any damageor breakage to the building.You (the renter) are financiallyresponsible for any damage to the room. This includes losses caused by you (thehirer) or negligent behavior and actions of a third party.A more detailed review of thecondition of the room and all amenities and facilities will be made shortlyafter check-out and before another guest occupies the room. Renter isresponsible for any damage or breakage found that exceeds normal wear and use.In this case, a detailed inventory of the damage and an invoice for the repairor replacement costs will be sent immediately by e-mail.All charges will be deducted fromthe deposit immediately. Please note that immediate notification afterdeparture of any damages, breakages or issues with the room is expected.Villa de Noailles can then takeall necessary steps to resolve any issues and ensure that all equipment andfacilities are working and are provided as intended.The security deposit is fullyrefundable on departure and subject to a satisfactory inventory of theaccommodation. The deposit must be paid at check-in, in cash or by credit card,with a balance and is fully refunded at check-out if the room is in goodcondition and the guest house has no complaint. Any damage or cleaning costsbeyond what would be expected after responsible use of the room will bededucted from the deposit, and the amount refunded will be the remainder of thedeposit.
No smoking policy
 The rooms as well as the commonareas ARE completely NON-smoking! A fee of  €200  will be charged if necessary.
Children's policyChildren of all ages are welcome.Additional costs are charged foroccupying an extra bed in the room:
 Cradles
• Children up to 2 years old(inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.Extra beds 
• Children from 3 to 11 years oldstay for EUR 27.00 per person per night when sleeping in an available rollawaybed.
 • Persons 12 years and over stayfor EUR 40.00 per person per night when sleeping in an available rollaway bed.
Parking policy
 Holidays should be stress freeand for this reason you can park at the property as long as you requested thiswhen booking. The duration of parking cannot exceed the duration of stay in the establishment. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (andyour guests) do so on your own. The Villa de Noailles declines allresponsibility in the event of damage, accident or loss of your vehicle or yourpersonal property.If anything seems unusual to you,let us know as soon as possible. And if you plan to leave your car in our carpark after check-out and without our prior agreement, we reserve the right to have the vehicle moved by any legal means. All the fees will be charged to the client.
Minimum age policy
All guests must be at least 18years old to confirm room accommodation at Villa de Noailles. A valid photoID must be presented upon check-in for age verification.
Alcohol Policy
 By law, we cannot allow alcoholto be brought onto the property. To enforce this law, we require that alldrinks, including at the pool, be purchased through Villa de Noailles, with theexception of bottled water.
Room cleaning policy
 The bath linen will be changed after the 2nd night for a stay longer than 2 nights. There are no hotelservices during the stay. A bottle of water and coffee capsules for theespresso machine are provided free of charge on arrival. Their restocking is subjectto supplements.
Pool Policy
 The customer must read theregulations relating to the swimming pool which are sent to him on his arrival.He then signs a document in which he certifies that he has read the rules andin which he undertakes to respect them.
