Property and Cancelation Policies :
Reservation, cancellation and no-show conditions

1) The hotel reserves the right of admission and stay: when booking, passengers accept the following conditions of stay, cancellation and payment.
2) All reservations must be guaranteed by means of a credit card or a bank deposit  of 50%.
3) Cancellation: if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours before arrival, a penalty of 50% of your stay will be charged on your credit card. If your reservation has been confirmed by a bank deposit, this one will be kept in favor of the hotel. If the reservation is cancelled with more than 72h before arrival any prior bank deposit made will be kept in favor of guest to be used on another occasion. In case of a same-day cancelation, the full stay will be charged as a penalty. 
4) Rate adjustment: Because of Argentina's volatile exchange rate: reservations made more than one month in advance will be adjusted to the rate in effect at the time of the effective stay in the portion in which they have not been paid in advance. 
5) Change of date: If the reservation date is modified with less than 72 hours notice, the value of one day of stay will be charged as a penalty.
6) No show: If the guest(s) do not show up on the day of the reservation, they will lose the reservation and the entire stay will be charged.
7) Reduction of stay: staying passengers can shorten their stay by notifying the Reception 24 hours in advance, paying one day of stay as a penalty. If you do not notify 24 hours in advance, you must pay for the entire stay.
8) Consumption and damages: Any unpaid consumption or damages due to misuse must be paid before leaving. If it is noticed after your departure, they will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee.
9) Personal objects: the values ​​or goods that the passenger wishes to protect can be left at the safe in Reception. The Hotel is not responsible for personal objects left in the room or common areas of the hotel.
10) Food and drinks: current regulations prohibit passengers from bringing food and/or drinks into our facilities.
11) Smoke Free Zones: Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and interior spaces.
12) Pet Friendly: pets are allowed with prior authorization from Reception
