Check in is from 2pm of the day of your arrival, you are welcome to contact the hotel to see if your room is ready earlier but we make no guarantees.
From Monday-Saturday you can collect your keys from the bar until midnight; and on Sundays to 10pm. Please call The Hotel 02 6921 3245 to confirm your check in time if after 9pm. Check out is at 10am. If you have not checked out by 10am of the morning of your departure, we reserve the right to remove your belongings.
Payment
For non-refundable bookings, payment will be made as soon as booking is made.
For flexible bookings, The Hotel will charge your credit card or nominated payment method (such as a digital wallet) 2 days before check in date for your accommodation in full. If payment is not taken at this time, please call the Hotel as your booking will not be confirmed and may be cancelled if payment cannot be made at this time.

Cancelation Policies
Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within 2 days of arrival. For flexible booikings, free cancellation will apply if cancelled at least 2 days prior to check in. Eg, if you have a booking on Thursday, free cancellation applies to Monday night 11:59pm.

The Hotel
The Sportsmens Club Hotel offers our guests a convenient hotel close to all local amenities in town and is situated opposite Wagga Wagga racecourse.The Hotel is a working pub and as such we have a vibrant public bar, bistro, beergarden and gaming operation. Despite our efforts to control the noise to acceptable levels including preventative works such as sound proofing you may from time to time hear noise or vibration coming from these areas. You acknowledge that by placing your booking you understand this and that noise is acceptable in a working pub. We acknowledge the live entertainment will cease by midnight.The Hotel enforces a no-noise and no-party policy. Please consider other guests and keep the noise to a minimum.
If you are unhappy, let us know during your stay so we have an opportunity to resolve it, we will not refund for complaints raised post check out.
Minors
Guests must be 18 years of age to enter the property, unless accompanied by an adult.Liability
Whilst The Hotel does everything in its power to maximise on-site security, The Hotel will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal property, vehicles, persons etc (including at The Hotel, surrounds and carpark).Please keep your 2 keys safe with you at all times. Failure to return keys will result in a $40 replacement fee per key.
You agree to be responsible for any additional charges for any damages, theft or loss of property caused by you or your guests. Additional charges may include but are not limited to repair costs, replacement charges, cleaning fees and costs of replacement keys. You authorise the Hotel to debit your credit/debit card to pay for any additional charges.
Additional cleaning that is excess of the allocated time to service a room will be charged accordingly.
The Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. This means 100% smoke free and does not permit vaping. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 cleaning fee charged to you.
Any undue activation of the smoke detectors and/or call out of subsequent fire brigade will be invoiced to you. Any undue use of fire extinguishers/equipment will attract a fee of no less than $300.
Any missing items or damage to rooms, spaces or the Hotel in its entirety will be charged to the guests’ account.
