Check-in time is any time after 2pm. Luggage storage and showers are available for arrival prior to 2pm.
Guests will be required to present valid Identification at check-in.
The Beach House will make every effort to honour special requests (such as s specific floor or room, roll-away beds, etc) upon arrival. These may also be requested in advance, however, will be subject to availability
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 12pm. Luggage storage and showers are available for departure after 12noon
Any delay to check-out, without prior notice, may result in an extra night being added to your final bill.
PAYMENT METHODS
All reservations must be paid for in advance by either by PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is made by a person who will not be present, we will need a written authorisation by the bank or PayPal holder with a copy of their ID. the hotel reserves all rights to refuse access to rooms to any guests who are unable to provide the above.
For walk-in reservation, payments can be made via cash, PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer.
