Check-In / Check-Out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies.
Property and Cancellation Policies :
For bookings that are 2 weeks - 1month in duration, cancellations and amendments must be 7 nights prior to arrival date to avoid a fee equal to 25% of the full length of stay.
For bookings that are more than 1 month in duration, cancellations and amendments must be 14 nights prior to arrival date to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the full length of stay.
BASE Residences reserves the right to charge up to the full amount of the stay plus taxes to the credit card provided upon confirmation of a reservation in the event of a No Show.
Terms and Conditions
Payments & Pre-Authorization
Reservations that are less than 1 month, must be paid in full upon booking.
For reservations that exceed 1 month, we require a 25% deposit guarantee followed by balance payment 1 week prior to arrival. BASE Residences accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amercian Express, debit card and bank transfer.
All charges must be settled prior to check-in by Credit Card or Bank Transfer unless prior alternative arrangements have been made with BASE Residences.
Base Residences pre-authorises all credit cards to check for validity and sufficiency of funds. Pre-authorised cards are held as security for your reservation and may be utilized by the Base Residences for any applicable charges, including cancellation and non-arrival fees. The pre-authorised amount is set aside by the credit card company and may affect the available funds balance or spending limit.
Guests agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors,windows or any other part of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighboring units and/or properties. Guests agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard their personal property while at the Property.
Guests cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorized, nor can they significantly change the makeup of the party during the stay in the Property, nor can bring pets into Property unless permitted by management in writing in advance. If these rules are violated, management can refuse to handover the Property or can require the guest to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the Booking by the guest and we shall be under no obligation to refund any fees already paid to us in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion.
