Property and Cancelation Policies :
Mills Park Hotel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your individual room reservation, you must cancel at least three (3) days prior to arrival, before 3 p.m. local time.
*** Special Event Cancellation***
For Street Fair Weekends (second Friday and Saturday of June and October) and our annual NYE Party on 12/31, you must cancel 10 days prior to arrival, before 3 p.m. local time.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that you will still be required to pay the full amount of your original reservation.
If you or a member of your travel party are diagnosed with COVID-19 within three (3) days of your arrival, we will happily reschedule your reservation for a date up to one (1) year in the future. In order to reschedule, non-refundable prepayment at time of reservation change is required. The rescheduled reservation must be equal to, or greater than, the total amount of the original reservation.
If you have booked multiple rooms for your stay, you must contact us at least 60 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation or we will require you take responsibility for the entire reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 60 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
Local fire codes prohibit any additional sleeping arrangements in the room, such as rollaway beds or air mattresses. One crib or "pack and play" for children is allowed. Storage of bicycles and sports equipment in guest rooms is not permitted. Please contact the front desk to arrange indoor storage of large items.
Payment for room and tax for the duration of stay will be charged at arrival.
Check-in: Starting at 3:00 PM.
Check-out: 11:00 AM.
Late checkout (no later than 12:00 noon) is by request only and not guaranteed. Late checkout is not available on Saturday and Sunday mornings. A late checkout fee of $125 will be applied if agreed-upon checkout time is exceeded.
Absolutely No Smoking inside hotel, on balcony and front porch, however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Pets: Mills Park Hotel, including the front porch, and Ellie's Restaurant are not pet friendly. The only exception to is a service animal. As described by the Americans with Disabilities Act, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.
