The Strawberry Inn is a unique boutique hotel and private cabins, designed for roadtrippers, adventure seekers, and nature-lovers. The Inn and cabins operate much like a vacation rental, with all reservations and check-ins online, although we do have a local property manager for guests as needed. Please watch your email for details after making your reservation. Our accommodations are suitable for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, hunting excursion, corporate retreat, or family reunion. We have something for everyone! Collection of rooms each with unique decor and features- browse online and chose your favorite. Spend time outdoors on the community patio with yard games, porch swings & deck with picnic tables. Need a bit more privacy? Choose from one of our cabins, airstreams or tiny cottages, all located within .25 miles from the main Inn property.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
STRICT Cancellation Policy: As we are a small boutique hotel destination, reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 30 days prior to the arrival date for a full refund, less a 25% cancellation or change processing fee. Any cancellation or change request made within the 30 day arrival window is non-refundable, so make sure your plans are firm before you book. Any reservations made with declined payment unable to be processed will be cancelled off of our books automatically and you will need to rebook your reservation.
Terms and Conditions
Thank you for booking at the Strawberry Inn! We are so excited to have you. Three days prior to your arrival, you will receive a text with a link to check-in online and a temporary incidentals hold will be placed on your card on file, just like any other hotel. Within 3-5 business days of check-out the hold will be removed from your card as long as there are no damages or fees.
Arrival: Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am. You will be provided an access code to unlock your property via email on your check in day. Late check out and early check in are available for some properties, inquire prior to stay to add-on. Guests who stay past check-out time will be subject to a $25 fee every 30 minutes past check-out.
Occupancy + Damages: Property maximum occupancies are strictly enforced. Unreported guests may be charged $50 per day. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning to their room or premises at a minimum of $200 with final charges decided at the sole discretion of management. No refund for guests evicted from the premises. The guest on the reservation is responsible for the property, and if the reservation is being made on behalf of someone else, the guest must notify the owner with the name of whoever is staying in the property at the time the reservation is made. Management reserves right to alter guest room/property at management's discretion. Enjoy the outdoor spaces and please respect quiet hours from 9PM-9AM.
Parking: We have very limited parking on property. All guests staying in Hotel Rooms, Tiny Cottages, and Airstreams are subject to 1 parking spot only. The Creek Cabin, The Guest House, The Bunk House, and The Bungalow are all subject to 2 parking spots only. We do not offer parking for trailers or RVs of any kind on our premises.
Pet Policy: Rooms 1-4 at the Inn, Tiny Cottages #8-17, The Creek Cabin, and The Bunkhouse are our dog-friendly properties. We welcome house-trained, non-aggressive breed dogs. Guests may bring up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $39 per dog, add-on this charge before check-out and let us know the names and breeds of your dog(s) prior to check-in so we may note it in your reservation and approve. No pets are permitted to be left locked in rooms or locked in cars in the parking lot. Please plan ahead to pick-up any waste and dispose in outdoor bins, dogs are not allowed on furniture, please bring their bedding or a blanket to protect furniture. *Pet policy is strictly enforced. Any guest found to have an unapproved pet anywhere on the premises will be charged a minimum $250 fee.
Wildlife: By booking a reservation at The Strawberry Inn, you understand that we are situated in a remote rural location in the Tonto Forest and Mogollon Rim with an abundance of wildlife including but not limited to elk, spiders, deer, fox, snakes, squirrels, birds of prey, javelinas, bobcats, bears, feral cats, lizards, skunks, opossums, mice, wasps, mosquitos and bees to name a few. You also understand that you are responsible for all risks and bodily injury that may occur from encounters with wildlife while staying at The Strawberry Inn.
No drug use or smoking/vaping/etc in rooms, patios or surrounding areas. Guests who leave the property with evidence of smoking/vaping will be subject to a $400 cleaning and sanitation fee. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, marijuana etc.
No unauthorized organized parties or gatherings on-property at any time. We do not permit large group events or organized gatherings at any time - inside our hotel rooms, cottages, cabins, airstreams or outside at our yard spaces.
Guest accepts and understands all policies listed herein, and agrees not to intimidate management with threats of negative online reviews for any reason. Fabricated negative reviews and slander can unjustly cause damages to future business. We legally reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Must be 22 years old or older to book inn rooms, cottages and airstreams. Must be 25+ to book Guest House, Bungalow, Bunk House or Creek Cabin. Weather Conditions: Our forest setting comes with risk of wildfire and harsh weather conditions. The safety of our guests is always our number one concern. If there are active evacuation orders due to fire danger in the area or road closures due to inclement weather, we will reach out to guests regarding their reservations. Our cancellation and change policy does not change for rain, snow, winds, etc. If the roads getting to and from The Strawberry Inn are closed, we will contact guests about their options.
