Terms and Conditions
- Prices and Taxes - Room rates are inclusive of tax (VAT).
- Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out - Check in time is 1:00 pm. Check out time is 12:00 nn. Late Check out time is permitted (max of 3hours), with additional fee of Php 150 per hour. Early check-in is allowed if room is available with additional charge of Php 150 per hour.
- Parking is available and free of charge.
- Traveling with Minors - Children 3-11 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge. Guests 12 years and older are considered as adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge. Extra Bed is Php 250.
- Liability & Force Majeure - The hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. In turn, the Hotel shall not charge the agent cancellation charges in cases of force majeure.
