Terms and Conditions
Smoke-Free Resort: All accommodations and public areas are smoke free, including the use of e-cigarettes. Florida Law prohibits smoking in enclosed public spaces and places of employment. The Suwannee Gables does have a designated smoking area in a specified location of the resort.
Check-in Time: Please note, if you plan on arriving earlier than 4:00pm, we will process your registration however, access before 4:00pm cannot be guaranteed. Guests are welcome to use the facilities on the day of arrival. Access to some areas may not be available prior to check in based on specific policies. See the front desk for activity information.
Payment Policy: Proper identification is required (U.S. government issued ID or valid passport) to check in. Upon check in, a valid credit or debit card must be added to the room file and will be authorized for the remaining amount of the stay, plus any taxes and resort fees and up to an additional $160.00 per day to guarantee incidentals. Please note that authorizations in addition to the foregoing may occur if funds are charged to the room during the stay. Any authorized amount not utilized during the stay or for incidentals will be refunded to the card on file within 7 to 10 business days following check out.
Housekeeping: The Suwannee Gables provides a modified housekeeping service with full service available on the 5th day of your stay. Should you need towels during your stay, please notify the front desk.
Parking: Parking at Suwannee Gables Motel is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests are required to park only in designated parking areas. These areas will be clearly marked for guest parking. Each guest room is entitled to park one vehicle in the designated parking area. Additional vehicles may be accommodated subject to availability. While utilizing the motel's parking facilities, guests are responsible for securing their vehicles and any belongings within them. Suwannee Gables Motel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises. Accessible parking spaces are available for guests with disabilities. These spaces are designated and reserved for vehicles displaying a valid disability parking permit or license plate.
Oversized Vehicles & Trailers: Suwannee Gables Motel is equipped to accommodate oversized vehicles, trailers, and/or recreational vehicles (RVs). Guests with such vehicles will incur an additional parking fee not to exceed $25 per night of their stay.
Our Dispute Resolution/Issues policy aims to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience for all guests. Should any concerns arise during your stay, we encourage prompt communication with our staff, who are available around the clock to address any issues. Our team will work diligently to resolve disputes swiftly and effectively, considering all parties involved. If resolution cannot be achieved at the front desk level, management will step in to assess the situation and determine the best course of action. We prioritize guest satisfaction and remain committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any challenges that may arise. Your cooperation and feedback are invaluable as we strive to provide a positive experience for every guest at our establishment.
Liability: As a guest at our motel, you agree to take full responsibility for your personal belongings and actions during your stay. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained to your belongings or person. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables and report any safety concerns promptly to our staff. By staying with us, you acknowledge and accept this liability clause.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations without liability. Guests will be notified promptly of any changes to their bookings and offered alternative accommodations if possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during such circumstances.
Waiver: By staying at our motel, guests voluntarily waive any claims against the motel for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property. This waiver extends to all guests, their invitees, and any minors accompanying them.
Severance: In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed from the agreement, and the rest of the agreement shall continue to be binding on both parties.
