Terms and Conditions
On arrival:
- All guests must register.
- Show an Id.
- Occupation by room must be as booked. Name changes are not allowed.
- Settle the total amount of the stay.
- Pay a security deposit of $150 mxn. This will be returned at check-out.
- Leave your room’s key at the front-desk when you leave the hotel
- To clean your room, please vacate it before noon.
- When you store your car in the parking lot you have to leave your keys at the front-desk.
- No smoking in the rooms.
- Visitors should leave an Id at the front desk. Visits are not allowed in the rooms, nor after 10:00 pm.
- The pool and ground floor areas close at 10:00 pm.
- Do not make noise, put music in the halls after 10:00 pm.
- Close your room's door. Turn off the lights, a/c and fan.
- Hand over the keys, T.V. remote, and towels at the front-desk.
- Settle any open balance.
- If you require an invoice, it will be sent by email.
