50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
All refunds will be a subject to withholding of processing fees (Stripe processing fees are 2.9% + 30 cents)
Terms and Conditions
Please Note Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
- More guests stay in the property than the maximum number of guests allowed for the unit.
- Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night.
- Sub-letting the property you have rented (or giving it to other people). The number of people residing in the unit should be the same as confirmed in the booking. Accommodation for additional guests may be requested. A 100 US dollars charge for each additional guest per night will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, without refund, if an unconfirmed number of people stay overnight in the unit.
- Yellowstone Sunshine does not allow any pets in the units. A 100 US dollars fine per pet per night will be claimed if pets will be accommodated in the units.
- Units are located in a residential building in Gardiner. All our guests are asked to respect the property and privacy of the neighbors and to not make any excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm and 08:00am. Any late and loud partying is not permitted.
- Yellowstone Sunshine is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal things at the premises.
