Dear Guests, Thank you for choosing to stay with us at True North Destinations.  We are excited to be sharing our new and unique property with you to create lasting memories with the ones you love.   Since our geodesic domes are unique and come from away we have created a few rules and guidelines to ensure that the property and structures are able to be maintained in order for us to provide a consistent quality stay for all guests.   By choosing to stay with us, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions: Hot Tub use:  • Please do not use swimwear that has been previously used at the beach that may carry sand, sand can cause damage to our jets • shower before use to avoid oils and sunscreen causing problems with the water.  • Children under 16 must be supervised  • Children 5 and under are not allowed in hot tubs • Not following these rules may cause the next guest to be unable to use the spas during their stay because unscheduled emptying, refilling and heating needs to take place. In the event that this happens a 100$ damage & cleaning fee will be charged.  Thank you for your understanding on this matter Dome use: • Domes are pet & smoke free (decks are an extension of the domes, there is no smoking on decks.) The designated smoking area onsite is by the oceanside firepits.• Domes are made of heavy vinyl and can be punctured, any damage incurred during your stay will result in a damage fee to be determined by the replacement cost of vinyl through manufacturer.
Adults travelling with minors are responsible for them & any damage that may occur 
 Considerations & Property Use:  Domes are not entirely sound proof, please be considerate of other guests and adhere to the quiet time hours of 10pm – 7am   True North Destinations is not responsible for accident or injury to guests, damage to guest property or for loss of valuables of any kind.  Use of True North Destinations property, amenities and grounds is entirely at your own risk.
