Property and Cancelation Policies :
Confirmation of any booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions:
- For security reasons and in order to guarantee the reservation, the entire amount of the reservation is blocked at the time the reservation is made, the charge will be permanent and non-refundable after the free cancellation period has ended, at which point the conditions of charging 100% of the total reservation for any type of alteration and/or cancellation will come into force, in accordance with the reservation's cancellation policy and conditions, with no refund being allowed in the event of cancellation, early departure or no show/NO SHOW (the reservation would only remain the first night). If payment is not authorized, your reservation is automatically cancelled and considered null.
- If you show up on the day of check-in and within check-in hours, the stay will be charged in person and the blocked amount will be automatically released.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 6 days before arrival/check-in day. After that the free cancellation period has ended. (Ex: Check-in day: 26th, cancelation on 21st is already charge 100% total of the reservation)
- Credit/Debit Card for booking - Providing your card details (card number, expiry date and security code) is mandatory to guarantee the booking. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the name of the reservation holder. It is your responsibility to ensure that the card you add to your booking is valid and has enough money for the total amount of the stay.
- If you have a reservation for 1 person only, and you bring more people with you to check-in, each extra person staying at the property at any time during your reservation will be charged extra immediately during check-in, stay or presence, according to the internal policy in force.
- Reasons of force majeure must be truly justified with legal proof.
- We only serve breakfast. For other meals, the nearest restaurants are 4km from Solar da Bica.
- Car recommended!

- Motives of force majeure must be truly justified with legal supporting documents
- If you would like a baby crib, please ask us in advance. We cannot guarantee availability.
- Sauna for the exclusive use of pre-booked guests, for an extra fee and at set times. Please contact reception.
- If you have a reservation for 1 person only, and you bring more people with you for check-in, each extra person staying at the property at any time during your reservation will be charged extra immediately during check-in, stay or presence, according to the internal policy in force.
- For Room Only rates, breakfast is available for an extra charge (€) per person/day. Please ask at reception for more information.
