We are glad you are here and hope you enjoy your stay while staying at the Anchor Inn Motel. Please adhere to the following motel policies:
1. We require a credit card and full payment at the time of booking. You may cancel your reservation for no charge until 4:00 p.m. two (2) days prior to arrival. You will be charged for the entire stay if you must cancel after this deadline. Please also note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
2. You must be at least 25 years old or have a valid military I.D. to book a room. You may be required to present a valid government issued photo I.D. such as a passport or driver's license.
3. Same person making the booking must be the person checking into and occupying the motel.
4. No smoking/vaping allowed in rooms.
5. Dogs allowed in specified rooms only. $25 per night per dog fee is required and to be paid prior to check in. Please properly dispose of dog waste.
6. Supervise children at all times.
7. No unregistered guests allowed.
8. Respect the 11 p.m. noise curfew for Oak Island.
9. Adhere to posted, city governed, pool hours. Swim at your own risk.
10. Please do not turn AC temperature lower than 68 degrees.
11. Parties and events are prohibited.
12. No illegal substances allowed on the premises (including any legalized synthetics mimicking illegal drugs).
Please note that a more detailed inspection of the room is made after the check-out time and we reserve the right to charge for any damages or breakages found. The card used at booking will be authorized for the amount of your stay plus incidentals and those funds may not be released for up to two weeks depending on the individual bank. Anchor Inn Motel is not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
Immediate termination of the rental agreement is possible if:
- More guests stay in the property than agreed
- Excessive noise is made after the 11 p.m. noise curfew
- Evidence of smoking is found in the rooms (cleaning fee up to $150)
- Any pet not declared at booking is found in your room
Anchor Inn Motel is not responsible for accidents, infectious exposures, injuries to guest or visitors, or for loss of property from guest rooms or vehicles on our premises.
Neither party may file a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration against the other. Should any dispute arise from this or any other agreement, the transaction or stay, you will submit the details of such dispute for confidential arbitration to the American Arbitration Association.
