Property and Cancelation Policies :

A $50.00 cancellation fee is charged for any unit that is cancelled. A 14-day notice of cancellation is required for a partial refund. Your partial refund is your payment minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14-days prior to arrival date, you will lose any payment made on your reservation. Holiday stays are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.

Room rates do not include park admission however your 2 or more night reservation allows you to purchase daily admission tickets at a discount. All units do not come with daily housekeeping service, please remember to bring along the following: paper products (including toilet paper), trash bags and cleaning supplies as these items are not furnished. There are no phones in the accommodations. Please be sure to check the operating schedule for Indiana Beach Boardwalk Resort. No pets are allowed in any accommodations or on the grounds with the exception of service dogs.

Smoking Policy: All units and indoor public spaces are 100% smoke free. There are designated smoking areas. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Payment Policy: A $100 payment is required per night per accommodation at the time of booking. This is applied to your overall balance. Guests will pay the remaining balance at check in.
