**Property Policies and Conditions:

2. Breakfast included.
3. Payment: Cash only upon check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours notice before the arrival date is required.
5. No-show policy: Full price for a 2-day stay will be charged.
6. Reception desk: Open from 7:00 am till 10:00 pm.
7. Suitability: 18+ years old; not suitable for children, the elderly, or pets.
8. No drugs allowed on premises.
9. Bed policy: Only one person per dorm bed; no sharing.
10. No outside customers in dormitories and private rooms.
11. Maximum 10-night stay.

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this. Our reception team are instructed to follow this policy and rules. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
- Please check the room type you are booking as we offer Female-Only and Male-Only Dorms. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, and late cancellation fees may apply for incorrect bookings. Thank you for your understanding.
- If the guest cancels more than 24 hours in advance (23:59 two days before the arrival date), the total amount of the reservation will not be collected.
- If the guest fails to cancel the first night or delays their arrival less than 24 hours in advance (23:59 two days before the arrival date), the guest will still be charged the total amount of the reservation.
- If the guest requests to shorten their stay less than 24 hours in advance (23:59 two days before the arrival date), the guest will still be charged for the cancelled night/s at a rate of 50% per night cancelled.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the guest will not be refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
- There is only two way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: boholcocofarmhostel@gmail.com AND messaging us directly on our WhatsApp: +639310932706.
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
