Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Casa Heredia Boutique by GB Collection. Below are hotel policies and procedures; read them carefully. As our hotel guests, by reading and signing your hotel registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by our hotel policies and procedures.
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is after 3 PM. If you arrive earlier we can store your luggage until your room is ready. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification (passport is required if not a resident of Colombia). The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not comply with hotel policies.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Payment in full is required toguarantee the reservation. Payment may be made by credit card, in person,or via bank transfer (Colombian bank accounts only).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to special rates offered for direct bookings, all reservations are non-refundable. Changes or modifications may be accommodated at hotel discretion.
TAXES & FEES
A tax of 19% will be added to the rate for Colombian residents. Casa Heredia Boutique reserves all rights to any additional fees.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 18 years or older. Should you need an exception, please contact us to discuss.
SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited on the property, including rooms with a balcony (a $500,000.00 COP fine will be applied for smoking in a non-smoking room to cover cleaning costs.)
PET POLICIES
All pets are prohibited on the property. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.
PROMOTION POLICY
If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Management reserves the right to change or cancel all promotions. One offer per client.
