Cancellation made 14 days before arrival – 50% is refundable. Any days shorter than 14 days – refund will be forfeited.
When making a reservation online with credit card a 50% deposit will be deducted and other 50% on arrival

Levies and taxes
This rate includes Tourism Levi, calculated at 2% of the charged B&B or bed only rate and 1% of a fully inclusive rate exclusive of VAT
All rates charged are inclusive of 15% vat
Payment methods
Cash, direct bank deposit, valid vouchers, Credit Cards (Visa and Masters)
No cheques are excepted unless bank guaranteed and agreement made with Norotshama River Resort
Terms and conditions
- Provisional bookings only valid for 72 hours.
- Children classified as between 4 – 11 years
- A 50% non refundable deposit is due when making a booking. Full amount due on arrival. When a full amount is paid before arrival and cancellation takes place 30 days before arrival – full amount will be refunded. Cancellation made 14 days before arrival – 50% is refundable. Any days shorter than 14 days – refund will be forfeited.
- Norotshama River Resort reserves the right to demand full or part payment at it’s discretion in order to secure/guarantee booking. In such case payment must be made within 72 hours and mayoverride the deposit policy of this agreement.
