Smoking Policy
We are a non-smoking hotel. If we detect smoke of any kind in your guest room, there will be a minimum $500 cleaning charge applied to your account.
Pet Policy
We have a no pet policy. No pets are allowed in your room or outdoor space.
Additional Occupancy
Additional occupancy above 2 persons, requires an extra $25 fee per night, per additional person.
For your child's safety, children are not permitted in both the Veranda and Lower Garden Ofuro room types.
