Terms and Conditions, Motel and RV Park Policies and ProceduresThank you for choosing to stay with us at Christina Lake Motel and RV Park Ltd. Listed below are the Motel and RV Park policies and procedures, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
By reading and signing your Motel and RV Park registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.
RV PARK water pressure is high so RV's hooking to water may want to use a water regulator for their own safety to their RV units.

Check-in is any time between 3 PM - 9 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID. Later check-in may be available upon request please contact us to discuss.
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.
All reservations have a 48-hr cancellation policy. Any changes and cancellations must be made 48-hrs prior 4:00 pm (PST) on the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellations received within the 48-hr period will be marked as a no show and will incur one night’s room and tax charge to the credit card on file.
Motel: Pets are allowed at a price of $20 per day to maximum of $80 per week based on available rooms. Maximum of 2 pets. A pet deposit of $150 is required. Pets must be under 45 LBS. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. Pets are not allowed on beds and if evidence shows they have been on bed extra cleaning charges will be applied. They must be leashed at all times in public areas. To ensure the enjoyment of all our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the motel immediately. If we have to discount others due to disturbances you will be charged for this discrepancy. Excessive barking and disturbances to other guests will not be tolerated. Owners must clean up after their pets in a timely matter. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Motel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Motel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.
Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
LOST KEY CHARGE - $100 fee charged for all lost keys.
NO PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Music will be kept to a level that does not disturb others. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM. To ensure the enjoyment and to protect all our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave the property immediately. If we have to discount others due to disturbances you will be charged for this discrepancy.
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in all sufficient credit credentials for payment must be provided.
Please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room or RV Park charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
Accepted Payment Types: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash and debit can be used to pay for rooms and RV sites upon leaving, however, credit card is required for securing motel rooms and RV sites. Please note: prepaid credit cards may not work for pre-authorizations.
If determined that damages have taken place at by the Guest, Christina Lake Motel and RV Park Ltd. reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Motel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
The Guest hereby also agrees that any lost or damaged keys, TV remotes, blow dryers, coffee makers, cups, equipment, etc will be replaced at Guest(s) cost and will be deducted. The penalty for lost keys is $100.
