Less than 24 hours before check-in time = 100% of booking value on direct channels
We will fully refund any booking cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. For any cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled check-in, the complete booking amount shall be deducted as cancellation charges.

Traveling with Minors
For guests with minors, 4 years and below are free of charge but not more than 1 child.
Guest older than the 5-year-old is considered as an adult and included in 2 persons allowed in a room.
Extrabed is required if more than 2 persons.
Extrabed, pillows and towels are subject to availability.
Parking
Private Parking (car/motorcycle) is subject to availability.
Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
