- After booking, the amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival
- All rates are per room per night based on the applicable rates
- Where indicated, rates are inclusive of V.A.T. and exclusive of tourist tax
- Per person €2.30 per night will be charged for residence tax
- We treat all guest information, including credit card details and e-mail addresses, provided to us directly by guests or by third-party booking services with the utmost care.
- Pets are not allowed in Villa Parnassia
- There is no lift in Villa Parnassia. The studios are on the first and second floor
- There are no cots or highchairs available
- Damage or theft will be charged to your credit card. In case of damage, the new value of the damaged object will be taken into account
- During your stay, you can park free of charge on the car park of Villa Parnassia.
- Smoking is prohibited in the entire property. There is a 500 euro cleaning fee if you do smoke inside the building.
- If keys are lost, we charge a fee of 150 euros
- Villa Parnassia takes no responsibility for loss of money, jewellery, devices (computer or otherwise) or other valuables. We are not responsible for the contents of guests' rooms or vehicles.
- Villa Parnassia reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed not to be in compliance with these terms of service.
