Villa Parnassia has no reception and the studios are self-service. To make your stay as smooth as possible, it is therefore important that we receive all information from you properly. Rates and payment

After booking, the amount will be charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival
All rates are per room per night based on the applicable rates
Where indicated, rates are inclusive of V.A.T. and exclusive of tourist tax
Per person €2.20 per night will be charged for residence tax

We treat all guest information, including credit card details and e-mail addresses, provided to us directly by guests or by third-party booking services with the utmost care.

There is no lift in Villa Parnassia. The studios are on the first and second floor

Damage or theft

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the entire property. There is a 500 euro cleaning fee if you do smoke inside the building.

Lost keys

If keys are lost, we charge a fee of 150 euros

Villa Parnassia takes no responsibility for loss of money, jewellery, devices (computer or otherwise) or other valuables. We are not responsible for the contents of guests' rooms or vehicles.
