Property and Cancelation Policies :

All hotel reservations require a credit card guarantee. A deposit of 100% will be charged at the time of booking. A full refund will be granted to all reservations that cancel 14 days prior to arrival date.Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All cancellations inside of 14 days will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Any changes to a reservation must be made fourteen days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Any fees or additional charges incurred due to the reservation change will be charged at the date of the change to the credit card on file.
