Terms and Conditions
ARRIVAL
Check-in is at 2:00 pm. Guests arriving earlier than the official check-in time will be allowed to use the complimentary luggage storage at the reception. If you plan to arrive later then 2:00 pm, please advice accordingly.
Each adult guest is required to submit a government-issued ID and fill up the registration form upon arrival.
A security deposit will be collected upon check-in. ₱500 for single/double rooms. ₱1000 for triple/family rooms. The security deposit will be returned once guests are cleared for check-out. A corresponding amount will be charged for lost or damaged items.
Early check-in: offered subject to room availability. Please inform the front desk for early check-in request on or before the date of arrival. Earliest time allowed for early check-ins is 6:00 am with a corresponding fee of ₱150/hour.
DEPARTURE
Check-out is at 12:00 pm. Guests who plan to check-out late should inform the front desk on or before 10:00 am, or before the check-out date, to check for room availability. Late check-out will incur the following charges:
- ₱300 for 2 hours late check-out
- 50% of the room rate for check-outs between 2 to 6 pm
- 1 night stay for check-outs after 6 pm
Extra bed charge is 700 pesos per person, whether for an adult or child. Rate does not include breakfast.
Extra breakfast charge is 150 pesos per person.
Children aged five years old and below are free of charge as long as no additional bed and linen is requested in their room. Parents/guardians/chaperones are personally and legally responsible for their children and must be supervised at all times. The hotel and management will not be held responsible for any events affecting the children.
Pets are allowed in the hotel. A pet fee will be collected upon check-in. ₱500 for small dogs/cats and ₱1000 for big dogs. Pet owners are personally and legally responsible for their children and must be supervised at all times. The hotel and management will not be held responsible for any events affecting the pets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. All kinds of smoking devices are not permitted in the rooms and public areas. Guests can go to the terrace or parking area to smoke. Fire alarm trigger will incur a ₱3000 penalty. Smoking within the premises will incur a ₱5000 penalty.
Illicit drugs are strictly prohibited within the property. Violators will be asked to leave. If persistent, they will be reported to relevant local authorities.
Disturbance such as noises at common areas should be minimal at all times. Any guest who causes disturbance or refuses to follow the policies and guidelines set by the hotel, will be warned. Should the situation persist, the guest will be asked to leave the premises without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted for reinforcement.
Any damage to hotel property including but not limited to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, equipment, mattresses, beddings, and tampering of detection systems and fire-fighting equipment, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guests. Any costs associated with the repairs or replacement will be charged to the guests. In extreme cases, charges will be pursued.
In the event of "Force Majeure", which is an event beyond the control of the hotel, may prevent it from complying with any of it obligations, including but not limited to act of God, war or hostilities, rebellion, revolution, military power or civil war, riot, commotion, or strikes, acts or threats of terrorism. The hotel will not be held liable for booking conditions it could not fulfill or pay any compensation where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond its control.
