Cedar Creek is privately owned; therefore Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Cedar Creek guestrooms, houses and event buildings are 100% Non-Smoking. Any instance of smoking in a room or building will automatically incur a $250.00 Cleaning Fee billed directly to your credit card on file.Cedar Creek has a No-Pet Policy. Any instance of an undeclared pet within the property or inside any guestroom or building will automatically incur a $150.00 Undeclared-Pet Fee billed directly to your credit card on file.
Cedar Creek is not responsible for any personal belongings, including but not limited to, money, jewelry or valuables.
Cedar Creek will not be responsible for any accident or injury nor any damages that may occur as a result of your access to or use of the property and property amenities.
Swimming and/or use of any aquatic equipment at the lake is strictly prohibited.
Swimming in the pool is at your OWN RISK. Cedar Creek will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur in the pool or within the pool deck area.
During slow-season (Winter) and some days during peak-season, the Front Desk at Cedar Creek will not be staffed 24 hours. For after-hours assistance, please contact the Manager on Duty at 636-541-1797. In case of an emergency, dial 911 and then the Manager on Duty.
Consumption and/or distribution of any illegal substances or related products, in any area of the property, including the parking lot is forbidden by property, local, state and federal regulations. Violations will be immediately referred to local law enforcement agencies.
The signatory/credit card holder will be held liable for any damages to guestrooms or property. Including, but not limited to, any associated court costs and/or legal fees. Also agreeing that all charges contained in the signatory/credit card holder's account are correct and any disputes or requests for copies of charges must be made at time of departure.
Check-out of all guestrooms is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available at the rate of $25 per hour and must be approved by a member of Guest Services at the time of check-in. Hour rentals will not be pro-rated and agreement of 1-hour rental will be assumed if the room is occupied at 11:01 AM.
An Extra Cleaning Fee, starting at $100.00 will be added to your bill in any extreme instance where the walls, floors or bedding have to be professionally cleaned. If the carpets need to be cleaned, an additional fee of $25.00 per square foot will be added to your bill and charged to the credit card on file.
By signing, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined above and you agree to pay any charges that are incurred from damage, cleaning fees, undeclared pet or late check-out fees.
