- OCCUPANCY
- Only the hotel registered guest may use the accommodation facilities of the hotel.
- Only the vaccinated guests are allowed access to the property.
- In compliance with health and safety protocols set by DOT, no visitors will be allowed.
- ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm.
- Check out time is 12 noon.
- Early check-in and late check out is subject for availability. Minimal charge shall apply.
- Check-in of Minor is not allowed without the presence of their guardian or parents.
- NON-SMOKING POLICY
- Pursuant to the provision of act limiting the use of cigarette products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed in hotel premises especially in rooms. Any violation of this act shall be fined an amount of Php 1000.
- MAKE UP ROOM SERVICE
- Housekeeping service will be available from 1:00 pm-05:00 pm.
- PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTS
- Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odor are not allowed in the hotel premises.
- Cooking or any other forms of meal preparation is not allowed in rooms.
- Washing, drying and ironing clothing garments is not allowed in the rooms. Please use the hotel service laundry.
- Please do not disturb other hotel guest by loud noises in hotel rooms, hallways and public areas.
- PET POLICY
- Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms, public areas and building premises.
- PARKING
- Parking is not available at site.
- REMINDERS
- Loss of valuables such as jewelry, documents, etc. that are not kept in in-room safe shall not be the responsibility of the hotel and it`s personnel.
- Keycard must be return at the front desk area upon check-out. Any loss or damaged keycard is subject to extra charge amounting to Php 500.
- Please take care of the hotel inventory and it`s equipment. Any damages occurred during your stay will be charged on your account.
- Room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for in-house use only and not allowed to be taken out the hotel premises.
- Malfunction of any hotel appliances (aircondition unit, television, mini fridge, etc.) inside the hotel room shall be promptly reported to the front desk for immediate action.
