These rules apply to all visitors to Popcorn Hostel in Bucharest, in all spaces on the property of the accommodation unit, including access roads, parking spaces, gardens and outdoor spaces.
In order to benefit from the facilities of our accommodation unit, you, as tourists, must accept these rules. If you do not agree with any of these, we suggest that you look for another location that meets your expectations.
Please note the following RULES:
● The accommodation unit reserves the right to select its guests and to refuse the accommodation of guests in a state of intoxication or rude and turbulent, which, through their attitude, damage the image of the accommodation unit or disturb other customers or neighbors.
● We reserve the right to forcibly evacuate unwanted customers from common areas and / or rooms.
● As a tourist of the accommodation unit, you declare that you understand and accept that the use of the accommodation unit (including, but not limited to, the use of accommodation and relaxation areas, etc.) involves certain risks inherent in this use and that the representatives of the accommodation unit shall not be liable for any damage to your life, body, health or property other than that which arose as a direct result of their culpable action under the law.

● The management of the accommodation unit does not guarantee in any way a permanent parking space during your stay in the accommodation unit or in the surroundings. The lack of a parking space near the accommodation is not a reason to cancel the reservation or a reason for other actions against our accommodation.
● The management of the accommodation unit may at any time limit the use of its facilities, in whole or in part (for reasons such as technical defects, cleaning, technical overhauls, etc.), in such cases visitors are not entitled to reduce or refund the fees paid for using the unit accommodation.
● People who, due to severe physical or mental disabilities, are helpless or need supervision, can stay in our unit provided they do not disturb other guests or neighbors, do not make a mess or smell bad, do not cause inconvenience to other guests and only in the presence of adult attendants. This rule also applies to people suffering from fainting spells, cramps, epilepsy or cardiovascular disease.
● Children under the age of 16 are not allowed inside the accommodation if they are not accompanied by an adult. In the case of all minors, under and over 16 years of age, the responsibility for the damages or accidents caused by them is borne by the respective parents, in their absence, by the guardian, even if the parent or guardian does not accompany the child. Children under the age of 16 must be constantly supervised by an adult. The activities and play of the children, regardless of their age, are done under the attention / guidance of the parents, who are fully responsible.
● Smoking is not allowed in rooms or public spaces; there are specially arranged places.
● When entering the shower, make sure you have a towel, slippers / slippers (non-slip).
● It is forbidden to enter the accommodation unit with: firearms and any other objects capable of launching projectiles or causing injuries; pointed / blade or blade weapons that can cause injuries; blunt instruments; explosive or flammable substances; illegal substances, chemicals and toxic substances that pose a risk to the health of visitors.
● Although we take all precautions, we do not assume any responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the accommodation unit.
● The accommodation unit warns you that there are areas within it that present more special risks, such as the area of stairs, hallways and bathrooms, where the risk of slipping is very high. Each visitor must take into account the increased risk of injury in these areas and fully assume this risk.
● All the facilities of the accommodation unit will have to be used by tourists with care and caution.
● Each tourist is liable for damages caused by his behavior, including any damage caused to third parties (this also means injuring other tourists).
● The representatives of the accommodation unit are not responsible in any way for the destruction or damage of your property inside it, no matter how they occur (eg escape on foot, etc.).
● You accept and agree that apart from the mandatory liability cases provided by law, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the representatives of the accommodation unit will not beand in no event liable to you, as a tourist, for any damages, injuries, damages (including those to your life, body or health) or damage to your products or belongings in connection with your presence. within the accommodation unit or due to the use of the facilities and services offered by us.
● Any controversy, dispute or complaint that may arise as a result of the application of the policy of our accommodation unit, we will try to resolve it amicably, if this is not possible it will fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Bucharest.
● THE ACCOMMODATION'S POLICY MAY BE CHANGED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATIONS.
● The representatives of the accommodation unit reserve the right to remove from the premises of the accommodation unit or to prohibit the access within it, of all persons who do not comply with the operating regulations. No rewards / refunds will be given for the period of stay not completed.
● The representatives of the accommodation unit reserve the right to sue in court, in order to obtain compensation, any customer who does not comply with these operating regulations.
