Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-In: between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
Please advise reception if arrival is expected after 6:00 pm.
Check-Out: we ask you to disable the rooms until 11am. After 11am we will charge $ 10 per hour.
Room Cleaning:
Management's Rights: It is agreed that the guest will behave in a respectable manner and will not cause any disturbance on the hotel premises.
We are PET FRIENDLY:
We accept pets. Pets must not be left alone in the room. Pets are not allowed on the furniture on the hotel property. Please bring a blanket or a small bed for your pet. Take your pet out to do its business and then clean up. The pet must be calm and trained. Please keep your pet on a chain when you are out of the room. A security deposit is charged for pet stays. Small pet stays $5 per night, medium $10 (plus 10% itbms).
Our basic room rates are for 2 persons:
For extra guests we charge as follows:
$ 20 + 10% taxes per additional adult per night
$ 10 + 10% taxes per additional child (5 - 17 years) per night
NO SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, in case this policy is broken a fine of $ 100 will be charged.
We apply the “Jubilado/Pensionado” discount:
Only for panamenians or people residing in Panama. We request your carnet or ID, as the law dictates.
The discount applies only to the pensioned person and not to the overall price of the room.
ISLA VERDE stay and charges:
In order to confirm your reservation we ask for your credit card information including credit card holder's full name and expiration date. Payment of the room can be also realized via transfer to our bank account.
The client will be charged the total amount of its stay 7 days prior to arrival. (VISA or Master Card)
