Some reservations may be pre-paid and non refundable. These are noted as advance purchase at time of booking. Reservations for the 2024 Eclipse will be non refundable.
Terms and Conditions
- Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Credit card will be charged for full stay 7 days prior to arrival. Full refund if reservation cancelled more than 7 days before check-in. No refunds after then.
- We will text you in advance of your arrival with check-in instructions.
- Group Bookings do not provide exclusive use of the Social Hall, Courtyard, or Property. Private Events require an event fee and must be reserved separately.
- Most weekends require a 2-night minimum stay, while holidays and special events may require a 3-night minimum stay.
- Camp Comfort does not have a Front Desk. If you require assistance during your stay, please contact us @ 877-836-1748.
- Pets are allowed on the property or in rooms at a rate of $50/night. Please keep your pet on a leash. We ask you do not leave unattended in room if they might bark and disturb other guests. A non-refundable $150 cleaning fee will be charged if any damage occurs.
- All suites and cabins are 100% smoke-free. If any guest room is found to be smoked in, a non-refundable $150 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Camp Comfort is a peaceful and relaxing destination, so please be respectful of neighboring guests. Quiet time is 10:00 PM each evening.
- Parties or gatherings of non-hotel guests are are prohibited. Please contact us for rates and information regarding Private Events.
