All rates are quoted per night and do not include taxes and fees. Fees include an 8% resort fee which covers unlimited use of amenities like beach parking passes, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, SUV, bikes, and more. Fees also include a 4% service fee which is a gratuity pool for the housekeeping and back of house staff. Rates are based on double occupancy per accommodation, any additional persons added will require a $100 rate increase per night, per person. Advance notice is required. The main building is 18 and over only. Children and dogs are welcomed in our Cottages and 21 House only. There is a $50 fee per dog per night. Advance notice is required. An additional twin bed can be added to most suites and cottages for an additional fee of $100 per bed, per night. Indoor fireplaces are NOT operable from May 15th through the end of September. We do not permit parties, events, or commercial business of any kind/size on property or within the accommodations without express consent and contract signed by management. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in being asked to leave the premises at any time. We take the utmost care to deep clean and disinfect guest rooms between stays and continue to take seriously the threat of COVID and other airborne illnesses.
