Guests can be found each night in the common areas coming together, breaking bread, and exchanging stories before heading out to adventure the next day!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Cancellations for Summer (May 1-November12):
- Cancellations 15 days or more from the reservation check-in date, deposit will be returned and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
- Cancellations 14 days or less from the reservation check-in date, forfeit full payment and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
- Cancellations for Winter (November 12-April 30):
- Cancellations 30 days or more from the reservation check-in date, deposit will be returned and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
- Cancellations 29 days or less from the reservation check-in date, forfeit full payment and a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
- Reservation Date Changes:
- No Fee for date changes 15 days or more from the reservation check-in date.
- Subject to rate changes and availability.
- Date changes 14 days or less from the reservation check-in date will be treated as a cancellation.
- No Fee for date changes 14 days or less from the reservation check-in date in the Dorm Rooms during the Summer months (June 1st-October 15th).
- Payment:
- 25% deposit of full reservation amount collected at time of booking.
- Remaining 75% collected within 14 days of the reservation check-in date in Summer and 30 days of the reservation check in date in Winter.
