Welcome to Snooze Hostel! Our prime location in the heart of Malang, just a stone's throw from the main train station (Malang Kota Baru), makes us the ideal base for exploring the city.
- We're a small and cozy hostel with 6 Private Double Rooms and 2 Mixed Dormitories, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests in each.
- Our rooms come in two flavors: some are equipped with air conditioning, while others have fans. You'll find both private and shared bathrooms, but rest assured, all have hot water.
- Your room includes essentials like towels, linen, shower gel, and we provide speedy 50Mbps Wi-Fi. Plus, there's complimentary tea and coffee, along with a communal kitchen for those who like to cook. We also offer various common areas for relaxation.
- We currently don't offer breakfast, but we'd be happy to provide you with some excellent recommendations for nearby breakfast options.
- Our reception is staffed from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but we've got a convenient self-check-in/out procedure for those arriving or departing outside these hours.
- Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:30 AM. If you'd like to check in earlier, we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee room availability. However, you're welcome to hang out in our common areas, enjoy our outdoor spaces, or leave your luggage at our front office until your room is ready. If your room is prepared before 2:00 PM, early check-in is on the house!
- Please note, our parking facilities are exclusively for motorbikes.
- Our front desk team is fluent in English, and we have team members who can converse in French (shoutout to Jessica) and Spanish (that's Febi). We're more than happy to assist you in planning your journey.

- 100 % payment in advance
- Cancellation can be accommodated before 2 days of your arrival (at 23.59 max). There will be 20 % of cancellation fee of the total payment, and we can refund the rest of the payment (80%)
- Reservation can be accommodated for reschedule only one time and depends on the room availability for the requested date, maximum before 2 days of your arrival.
- Different rate must be paid in advance for the reschedule.
- In case of lower rate on the requested date, we cannot reimburse the payment.
- 100% payment in advance
- The reservation is non refundable, non-reschedulable and unmodifiable booking.

- Reservasi untuk Standard Rate dapat direschedule maksimal 1 kali dan tergantung dengan kamar yang tersedia.
- Apabila ketika reschedule harga kamar yang dimaksud lebih dari harga kamar sebelumnya, maka pembayaran selisih harus dilunasi ketika jadwal reschedule sudah ditentukan.
- Apabila harga kamar di tanggal reschedule lebih rendah, kami tidak dapat mengembalikan pembayaran reservasi sebelumnya.
- Pembayaran 100% di muka .
- Untuk mendapatkan harga non-refundable maka pembayaran down payment reservasi harus dibayarkan 100% dan tidak bisa refund dan tidak bisa reschedule.
